Yolanda West, a proud native of Greenwood, Mississippi, brings over 25 years of experience in tax preparation to her role as the Owner and CEO of YWest Tax Service.
Her journey began by helping family and friends navigate the complexities of tax filing, and her passion for assisting others led her to become a certified tax professional in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic

Yolanda's commitment to excellence is backed by an impressive academic background. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mississippi Valley State University (1999), a Master’s in Information Technology from Delta State University (2008), and a Doctorate from Walden University (2017).
With a minor in Mathematics and a dedication to continuous learning, Yolanda has completed several financial and tax courses to stay ahead in her field.
